Mississippi USAG proudly welcomes you to the 2007 MS-USAG Spring State Championship webpage. This is where you will find all the up-to-date information for the State Championships. All entries must be conducted online in the members only section. Login with your club number and password and enter athletes into the meet.

Qualification Criteria

Level 1 and 2:
One season NO QUALIFYING SCORE
Level 1's or 2's that began competing in the fall must have attended three MS USAG sanctioned meets during the fall and/or spring to attend Spring Championships.
Level ones or two that began competing in January must have attended two USAG sanctioned meets during the spring to attend Spring Championships.
Level 3:
Two Seasons
Spring - Must have attended two MS USAG sanctioned meets in the spring to attend Spring Championships
Level 4, 5, and 6:
Spring - May qualify at any MS USAG sanctioned meet during the spring season to attend Spring Championships – 30 AA
Levels 7-10:
must have qualified during the fall or spring seasons with a 32 AA
PO 1-4:
May qualify at any MS USAG sanctioned meet during the fall or spring season to attend Spring Championships – 30 AA

Expert Division

Level 1 and 2:
TBA by composite of all athlete scores compiled for the year.
Levels 3, 4, 5, and 6
All athletes are eligible for expert division during the second season by achieving the score TBA twice in either the fall, spring, or a combination of the two, including out of state scores.
This applies:
  1. whether or not they attended Tis the Split Season
  2. whether they stayed or changed levels after Tis the Split Season
Requirements for receiving apparel for levels 8-10 remain the same:
  1. Level 8: participate in two in-state meets.
  2. Levels 9/10: participate in one in-state meet.

There will be no program ads sold this year, instead we are printing Good Luck Banners, so shoot on over to the MS-USAG Banner Order Form and support your gymnast at this competition. The banners will be displayed on the arena floor and after the competition the banner is yours to keep. Banners will be priced at $75.00 for text only and $100.00 for text and images. The deadline for banner orders is March 1, 2007.
