IF YOU BOOKED A ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA, HOTELS.COM, TRAVELOCITY, ETC. AND NOT DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTELS IN TUPELO, CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR CONFIRMATION. THESE INTERNET SERVICES WERE BOOKING ROOMS THIS AM AND THE HOTELS DID NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY. FIFTY PLUS ROOM WERE BOOKED AT THE HOLIDAY INN THIS MORNING, AND THEY HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT FOR WEEKS.

The Coaches' Meeting will be held following the Banquet on Thursday, May 7, 2009.

- Please make sure your USAG number and Safety Certification is up to date and all coaches that plan on attending are submitted on the entry form so their information can be verified with USAG. Each coach will have a badge waiting for them at the coaches' meeting or door that they must pick up when they check in. If there is not a badge for you or if you were not on the entry form you must show proof of USAG membership and Saftey certification. All coaches are required to show their meet credentials to get on the competition floor.
